Chiharu Matcha is a café dedicated to the flavor of matcha.
Our matcha is sourced directly from Japan, grown under the shade for several weeks before its harvest in spring. This process results in a rich, dark green tea with high amounts of L-theanine, caffeine, and catechins, a natural antioxidant.
As Chiharu means "a thousand springs," we invite you to feel renewed and rejuvenated, as you experience the many joys and health benefits this tea brings.
